A compact tube and vial handler that loads tubes into racks, saving you time and energy
The Scinomix VXQ is an extension to the Sci-print VX2 and the Sci-Print VXL, both tube labelling systems by Scinomix. The Scinomix VXQ serves as a bulk tube feeder by transporting tubes into the VX2/VXL systems. With a stair-stepping elevator and a conveyer belt, the tubes get picked and bulk fed evenly. This means you no longer have to buy pre-sorted tubes, saving you the handling costs.
The VXQ is compatible with a wide variety of tubes and has a large buffer tank to hold a ton of tubes. This flexible design allows for an easy integration into the current system and allows the user to easily change tube types, all with the touch of a button.
And you could also be saving on handling costs
The VXQ combined with one of the Sci-Print tube labelling systems is a very powerful combination: They offer you and/or your colleagues the ultimate automated experience. When combined with a tube labeller, your team no longer needs to sort, label, cap and decap tubes manually. This allows for everyone to focus on their research while the machine takes care of the system. Therefore you can quite easily obtain a great return on investment.
To increase your ROI even further, the VXQ works with pre-capped and non-capped tubes. You no longer need to purchase racks that are prefilled with tubes and you also no longer need to purchase pre-capped tubes. This allows your department to purchase bulk tubes in bags, which will save your department a lot of handling costs.
And is compatible with a wide variety of tubes
When you combine the VXQ with one of the Sci-print labellers, a high-speed throughput of up to 400 tubes an hour is obtained. This means that the system can sort and label a full rack of 96 tubes in under 15 minutes while the VXQ is bulk feeding the tubes into the systems.
The Sci-Print VXQ is very easy to operate, only requiring a small initial training. This is possible because of its very intuitive and user-friendly interface. With the touch of a button, the machine does all the heavy lifting for you. You operate the machine by following these simple steps:
1. Load the tubes into the hopper
2. Load the empty racks into the Sci-Print labelling systems
3. Select the correct tubes in the interface
4. Press start and let the machine do its magic
And has a large tube storage hopper
The VXQ is compatible with lots of different sample storage tubes and vials ranging in size from 0.50ml to 15.0ml. This means that the VXQ is easily integrated into your team’s current laboratory setup without the need to change tubes. The Scinomix equipment also works with lots of different brands to ensure the seamless integration.
You can already store a lot of tubes in the hope of the VXQ. Without any upgrade, the VXQ holds up to 600 cryovials/sample storage tubes, depending on the size of the tube. This is upgradeable with a hopper extension, allowing your team to storage up to 1200 cryotubes.
The Scinomix VXQ can handle multiple tube types at once, ranging from 0.5ml to 15.0ml in size.
With the Scinomix VXQ, users can eliminate errors from hand-labelling tubes in the lab.
The Scinomix VXQ is a compact device that helps increase walk-away time, accelerating productivity.
The Scinomix VXQ has a user-friendly touch screen software that helps users create tube definitions.
