Frozen Sample Aliquotting has been widely used as a method of choice for researchers when managing samples. It is seen as a better method as opposed to a more traditional freeze-thaw cycle. After several sources have confirmed the quality of using frozen sample aliquotting, the method was suggested for use in this experiment.
